The quantity and quality of learning programs are related to the funding provided along with effective and efficient management of those funds. Therefore, the ESC’s purposes can best be achieved through prudent fiscal management.
Due to resource limitations, the idea of fiscal concerns overshadowing the educational program may arise. Recognizing this, we know it is essential to make certain that education remains central and that fiscal management contributes to the educational program. This concept is incorporated into Board operations and into all aspects of ESC management and operation.
